Mon, 4 February 2008 This interview with Chef Tony Tulda took place on a recent cruise we were on in the Caribbean in November 2007 with Holland America. I had not intended to do this interview when the cruise began, however, the food was so outstanding that midway through the cruise I asked to interview the Head Chef.
Chef Tulda was gracious enough to take time out of his schedule to talk to me. This was my first cruise which my wife dragged me to kicking and screaming. And can tell you it will not be my last. We normally rent ocean front homes during the off season whereever we go on vacation. The challenge with that is my wife still needs to cook we need to make the beds and do other work bringing all the stuff we need.
After this cruise I realized it was the best vacation ever, because my wife did not have to lift a finger. We are now looking at our options for our next cruise. Comments[0] |
